The way it works, after a certain number of votes when under judgement, the flash will either pass, or get blammed.
What the flash needs to pass:
Votes Score

100 votes | 1.0
150 votes | 1.25
200 votes | 1.6
If it reaches a score lower than needed at any of those certain number of votes, it will get removed automatically.
